PRESENTATION:
Move the fly slowly in slow water and more quickly in faster currents Size 8-10 work well on small streams, while 2, 4 and 6 work well on big water.

Very effective in slack waters of spring creeks, sloughs and ponds. Work the fly along the bottom with slow, short jerks and letting it drift down to the fish.

Excellent all around wet fly. Used year round.

TYING TIPS:
Use very thin chenille and good soft hen hackle.

Leave enough room for the Muddler head, about half and inch on a size 2 hook. wrap lead only to where the head will begin, then you'll have enough bare hook to spin the deer hair.
